I feel that people should know the cost of services they are engaging in before they make a commitment to work with someone, to see if therapy can fit into their budget. It is difficult for a therapist to determine how many sessions are required prior to the termination of treatment. Please find a list and description of therapy services below.
At this time I am only offering Telehealth Sessions.
20 Minute Initial Consultation: Free
This meeting allows clients an opportunity to get to know me, ask questions, and determine if we are a good fit for each other. This time will not consist of any therapeutic interventions and is solely offered to allow us to begin building therapeutic alliance.
Base Rate:
My hourly base rate for therapy services is $140 per session
Individual/Couples Therapy Sessions last about 50 minutes, while intakes will generally take the full hour

I currently am paneled with and can accept the following insurances:
Aetna
Anthem BCBS
Cigna
Optum
Oscar Health
Oxford
United Healthcare
If you do not see your insurance above, please feel free to reach out and see if I accept your insurance.
At this time I do not accept Medicaid.
I am considered an Out-Of-Network (OON) Provider by other insurance companies. Although you will pay the fee at the time of service, I can provide you with a billing statement for services rendered so that you are able to file an OON claim with your insurance.
If you have private insurance that is not listed above, I would recommend that you contact your insurance company and speak with them about your out-of-network benefits and what limitations such as number of sessions, reimbursement rates, and what types of documentation (Superbill) may be required from me to receive reimbursement.
Methods of Payment
I accept debit/credit cards, as well as HSA cards as payment due at time of service, or at monthly invoice. Payments can be made through the client portal.
If pricing is a concern, I am willing to work with people and can offer a sliding scale depending on each person's circumstances.
